Discover the UnexpectedHeritage Park in Lynnwood
The Heritage Park in Lynnwood is a collection of historic buildings from the early 1900’s. The Wickers Building, built in 1919, is on the Washington State Historic Registry. It was the first general store and post office for the community of Alderwood. The Park is also home to Interurban Car 55, a single-ended wooden electric rail car. Experience the Heritage Park on guided or self-guided walking tours and visit also the Superintendent’s Cottage, now the Heritage Resource Center and the Humble House, the park site’s original residence! Winter Wonderland at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre

Lace up your skates and head over to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre to enjoy a Winter Wonderland! Winter Wonderland is free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.This year’s Winter Wonderland is sure to be popular with young and old alike. Beginning November 21, visitors will be able to enjoy outdoor ice skating, a 100-foot ice slide, sleigh rides, winter games, an elf village, performances of The Quiltmaker’s Gift, lighted nature trails, Santa, s’mores on an open fire and much more.
Admission is free to Winter Wonderland, ice skating is only $8 (skate rental is $2) and tickets for sleigh rides are $10 for adults and $4 for children.

The magic begins after the animals at the Zoo go to sleep! Jengo the talking giraffe will return to entertain kids, Stingray Bay will be open with some new species to touch, plus there will be an all new dancing tree show! ZooLights is one of the largest holiday light shows in the southwest with 2.5 million lights, hundreds of custom lighted animal displays with new ones appearing every year, carousel rides, camel rides, wagon rides and more!
